I want to say "good luck!!!!!!!" to Nagoya-jo.For sure one day they will learn the meaning of beauty.If you ask me how long does it take for them to realize what beauty is,I would say it depends on the strenght of JO factor on their brains.If the jo factor is too dominant on their brains they would never be able to learn the meaning of beauty.

I enjoyed reading about Nagoya-jo in your report. My feelings are similar to Elif. In English, there are two proverbs that fit this topic. Both of them mean that a person's heart and character are more important than appearance. These sayings are: (1) Beauty is only skin deep. (2) It's what is on the inside that counts.
They sound like the girls here in America who think that you look better the more layers of makeup you're wearing!
The only other "style" of Japanese dress I'm familiar with is Ganguro, which if I'm not mistaken a lot to do with Parapara? Tanned skin, blonde hair and gogo boots? Hehe.
Those Nagoya-jo sound like California girls! They're all so flashy! D: I like dressing more conservative... but I also like to dress gothic or gothic lolita when I can get away with it on my off days (when I'm not working)! Guilty pleasure of mine.

In America we are use to people being different. I your country it seems to be prominant of dark hair and dark eyes.
